TokGeo Switcher is an Android application that modifies the carrier configuration on your device at the Android system level. The Service allows users to change their device's SIM region signal for the purpose of targeting audiences in different geographic regions on social media platforms.

To use the Service, you must create an account by purchasing a license through our website. You are responsible for:
Sharing your account credentials with others is prohibited. Each license is tied to a specific number of devices as specified in your purchased plan.
When you log in to the TokGeo Switcher app on a device, that device is permanently registered to your account using its unique device identifier (Android ID). By activating the Service on a device, you acknowledge and agree that:
Device activation is logged and monitored. Any attempt to circumvent device restrictions, manipulate device identifiers, or exploit the licensing system may result in account termination.

Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change. Any price changes will not affect existing purchases. Payments are processed through PayPal. By completing a purchase, you agree to PayPal's Terms of Service.
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product, no refunds will be issued once the application has been downloaded and activated on a device.

"Lifetime" refers to the operational lifetime of the Service, not the lifetime of the user. The Service depends on Android system features (including but not limited to Wireless Debugging and CarrierConfigManager API) that are provided by Google and are outside our control.
We make no guarantee that the Service will function indefinitely. If Android platform changes, third-party platform algorithm updates (including but not limited to TikTok), or carrier network modifications render the Service non-functional or reduce its effectiveness in audience targeting, we are not obligated to provide refunds, replacements, or alternative solutions.
The effectiveness of audience targeting depends on third-party platform algorithms that are outside our control and may change at any time without notice. We do not guarantee specific targeting results, audience percentages, or monetization outcomes.
The Service requires an active internet connection and access to our servers for license verification and operation. In the event that our servers experience downtime, maintenance, or permanent discontinuation, the Service may become temporarily or permanently unavailable. We are not obligated to provide refunds in the event of service interruption, server downtime, or permanent discontinuation of the Service.
We reserve the right to discontinue the Service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. In such an event, no refunds will be issued for previously purchased licenses.
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility with current Android versions and to notify users of any significant changes affecting the Service.

Upon termination, your carrier configuration may be automatically reset to default settings. No refund will be provided for terminated accounts.
TokGeo Switcher is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, Google, or any other third-party platform. "TikTok" is a trademark of ByteDance Ltd.
Users are solely responsible for complying with the terms of service of any third-party platforms they use in conjunction with our Service. We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms against your accounts.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
